Start One-On-One Consulting on a Topic
To work one-on-one with a CIVITAS consultant, providers need to fill out an online form (1-3 minutes) to provide basic information about the provider’s center and help identify the areas that need/want to be worked on.
After filling out the survey, providers will receive a link to schedule a virtual meeting with a consultant. During this meeting it will be determined what topic the provider would like to work on. Providers can meet with the consultant up to three times on the one topic.
